Sheepscot Chorus is welcoming singers for its December 5 and 6 holiday concerts in Boothbay Harbor, featuring Joseph Haydn’s charming St. Nicholas Mass with orchestra, led by artistic director Linda Blanchard.

Rehearsals begin Tuesday, Sept. 8 at 7:00 PM at the Congregational church in Wiscasset, next to the Wiscasset District Court. The program will include Haydn’s warm and melodic Missa Sancti Nicolai, written for the Feast of St. Nicholas, along with a festive second half of holiday pops favorites.

The chorus welcomes singers of all experience levels, from newer singers to seasoned performers. Rehearsals are lively, challenging, and rewarding, and practice materials are provided so members can feel prepared each week.
