In addition to our classic Beer & Barrels tasting and tour, we’ve added on a cheese and chocolate pairing — plus a special bonus pour of our Wild Friendship Blend beer or house-made dry heirloom Cider. Come enjoy Galentines in the incredible ambiance of The Cellars at Allagash, our wild and sour barrel aging space located at 100 Industrial Way (adjacent to our public Tasting Room).

The experience includes a welcome sample of Allagash White. We will taste: our brand new Ski House Winter White, Snow Report Honey Saison, Chocolate Orange Porter, and Cellar’s #12 tart barrel blend with Australian Muscat grape juice. There will be time at the end to purchase beer & merch to go, or additional pours. If you are not a fan of sour beer, don’t worry! We provide alternatives. This is a production space so sadly dogs are not allowed. If one of your guests is not planning on drinking, select Designated Driver to purchase a discounted ticket.
