We are a private strength training facility and we have been permitted to offer one-on-one personal training and strength-coaching sessions.

We are happy to work with all experience levels, from the total newbie to the advanced athlete. All sessions can be performed in the comfort and safety of a private exercise room, with just you and your coach. Social distancing protocols are being followed with all equipment being cleaned and sanitized before and after each session. Hand sanitizer is available in all rooms and we have several sinks available for hand washing. First session and consultation is free!
