SUMMARY:The 174th Fryeburg Fair
DESCRIPTION:Maine's largest agricultural fair will celebrate 175 seasons wi
 th an extra day of family fun that includes thrilling rides for all ages\,
  fireworks (Sept. 27 &amp\; Oct. 3)\, concerts including The Outlaws\, ove
 r 3\,000 animals\, livestock events\, mechanical pulls\, exhibits\, contes
 ts\, vendors\, a Specialty Foods Pavilion\, beer tents\, favorite fair foo
 d and more over the 9-day season that this year opens a day earlier\, on S
 aturday.\n\nSpecial events include Firemen's Muster (9 am Sept. 28)\, Wood
 smen's Field Day (9 am Sept. 29)\, Harness racing (Sept. 30 - Oct. 5) and 
 Grand Parade (10 am Oct. 4).\n\nAdmission: $15\, free for kids under 12\, 
 free on Tuesday for ages 65+. General parking is $5.\n\nIn recognition of 
 the fair's 175th anniversary\, unlimited ride wristbands on opening day (S
 at.\, Sept. 27) will be only $17.50 -- or any rider can opt for ride ticke
 ts at $1.75 per ride.\n\nUnlimited ride wristbands (for riders 36" &amp\; 
 taller) are $32 on site ($30 cash) Sunday - Thursday\, $37 ($35 cash) Frid
 ay - Saturday\, and online before Sept. 27 for $25 or 4/$80. Ride tickets 
 are also available on the midway and discounted pre-sale.\n\nFair hours: 7
