The Gathering Place’s tournament is focused on raising funds to support their mission of serving the homeless community in Brunswick. The Gathering Place is Brunswick’s only daytime shelter for people experiencing homelessness and extreme poverty. It is a non-profit organization that offers refuge from the outside, gives essentials like clothes and food to those in need, and provides technology for those searching for employment or housing.
