HART (Homeless Animal Rescue Team) of Maine, an adoption center and shelter for cats, is pleased to announce their huge annual Yard Sale Thursday, August 8 through Sunday, August 11, 2024, at the Cumberland Fairgrounds. Admission is free.

Items available for sale will include furniture, home decor, kitchen gadgets, small appliances, clothing, toys, tools, garden equipment, holiday decorations, collectibles, books, and more! All proceeds from items sold at HART’s flagship fundraising event will go directly to providing essential care for the hundreds of cats they take in every year.

The event runs Thursday – Saturday, from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. – Noon. The Yard Sale takes place in the Exhibition Hall at the Cumberland Fairgrounds, 197 Blanchard Road, Cumberland, Maine 04021.

HART (Homeless Animal Rescue Team) of Maine is a no-kill shelter and adoption center for cats in Cumberland, Maine. HART’s mission is to provide refuge, comfort, and comprehensive medical attention for all of the cats that have been surrendered, abandoned, injured, or abused—and to find appropriate community placements for them.
