  aging space. If you are looking for a traditional brewery tour\, check ou
 t our "\n\nThe highlights:\n6 samples\n60 minutes\nIn-depth barrel room ex
 ploration and chance to see the Coolship\n$38 before tax/fees\n21+\n\nThe 
 experience includes a welcome sample of Allagash White. Starting May 1st w
 e are tasting: Floating Holiday - blonde with lemon and sea salt\, Dark La
 ger with Cherries\, Cellar's #11 - barrel blend with wine grapes\, and Wor
 ld on a String - bourbon barrel aged amber inspired by an "Old Fashioned" 
 cocktail. Final pour is a "choose your own adventure" sample between two r
 otating options.\n\nPlease read on before booking:\nTour-goers must be 21 
 or older. Infant-wearing is welcome - the tour path through our manufactur
 ing plant is not suitable for young children or strollers. Guests who are 
 not drinking beer will have a choice of NA beverage. Dogs are not allowed
